Our weekly Be Rapid program has been scientifically formulated by a doctor & team of dietitians to give you the food, resources and dietitian support to lose weight quickly through eating nutritionally balanced, real food rather than relying solely on synthetic supplements, shakes, bars or detox teas.
Our Be Rapid Favourites contains a selection of our most popular meals and allows you to choose your favourite flavour of protein balls for you to enjoy.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and only 20g of carbs.
Please note: that all set menu programs are created based on the suggested menu, however may be subject to change from time to time depending on stock availability and seasonality. We make every endeavour to substitute any out of stock items with a similar meal.
